Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
