Key Responsibilities:


The Concessions Bartender is tasked with fostering positive guest interactions while expertly preparing and serving beverages.

  • Craft exceptional drinks using premium spirits, liqueurs, fresh fruits, herbs, and spices.
  • Welcome guests and take their beverage orders.
  • Adhere to all alcohol-related policies and procedures.
  • Prepare cocktails and other beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing bar area to facilitate efficient service.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol purchase.
  • Process payments for beverages served and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary tools and supplies, preparing inventory requests as needed.
  • Keep the work area clean and orderly, performing general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings and complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A minimum of two years of bartending experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to create unique beverages.
  • Proficiency in timely drink preparation and service.
  • Strong understanding of wines and beverage pairings.
  • Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively during service execution.
  • Desire to exceed guest expectations consistently.
  • Effective listening skills and ability to follow supervisor directions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
  • Friendly, personable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to recall and promote menu items effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs regularly.

Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and regulations, and complete required safety training.
