Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure cohesive support for students.
  • Participate in regular meetings to share progress updates and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid New York SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with children in schools or other settings is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
