About the Role

Catholic Charities is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide life-changing therapy services to children, adults, individuals, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to Catholic Charities' policies and third-party payor requirements.
  • Collaborate with our psychiatrist to provide holistic care and engage with family members or other providers as needed.
  • Participate in case consultation, return phone calls, and engage in professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • LMSW or provisional mental health clinical license in the state of Iowa required; LISW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing mental health services.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.

  • Paid healthcare insurance premium for individual (BC/BS of Iowa).

  • 37.5 hour work week.

  • Compressed 4 day/week work schedule available with work from home options, or traditional 5 day/week schedule.
  • Short and long-term disability provided.
  • CEU's and licensure paid.
  • 3% of salary put into 403B plan regardless of what employee puts in. Can put in up to an additional 3% more for a total of a 6% match. Vested after 1 year.
