Joint and Spine Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Joint and Spine team at Parham Doctors' Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with joint and spine-related conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical and administrative support on the unit, working closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's needs.
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, including discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
