We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will enhance the efficiency of CoStar Realty Information, Inc. employees by serving as the primary contact for information and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client inquiries, issues, or malfunctions related to all systems applications, hardware, and software maintained by the organization.
• Participate in the telephone support rotation, offering assistance to users across various locations through remote support tools.
• Document issues and resolutions in the Service Desk ticketing system.
• Alert management to potential issues and identify recurring problem trends.
• Create and maintain computer images.
• Install hardware and peripheral devices, including monitors, keyboards, printers, and hard drives.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Provide administration and support for videoconferencing systems.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A proven track record of dedication to previous employers.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate IT or Service Desk role.
• Familiarity with implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 workstations, Macs, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows File Permissions.
• Capability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
• Experience with O365 Administration.
• Knowledge of supporting mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
