Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and implement respiratory care plans based on patient needs
  • Manage ventilators, perform weaning, and interpret waveforms
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy education program
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience in critical care
