Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Advocate for patient needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Current RN license in New York.
- 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
