Job Summary

As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a management role. You will be responsible for leading a team of operations staff, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a high level of service and support to internal and external customers
  • Direct associates to ensure all work responsibilities are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Monitor performance levels to ensure contract or company compliance
  • Prepare and analyze reports on quality, timeliness, service, support, projects, and staff
  • Provide coaching and training to staff based on quality control monitoring audits and other tools
  • Administer quality policy and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
