Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Delaware North. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our commissary and warehouse department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Commissary Team: Assign duties, provide training, coaching, and counseling to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and damage, and ensure proper storage and rotation of products.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving shipments, processing orders, and managing inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a food and beverage commissary or related field.
  • Skills: Ability to delegate and coach others, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and counting skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday, day shift. The successful candidate will be required to work in a warehouse environment, lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering up to 165 pounds, and standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching for extended periods.
