New Opportunity for Litigation Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Secretary to join our team at a well-established Law firm in Walnut Creek, CA. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our litigation team, including preparing court documents, managing case files, and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and coordinating with experts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress, including deadlines, court appearances, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for managing case files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on case progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Litigation Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 65 wpm and high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
