About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh-Cary. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and executing a diverse range of dishes with precision and creativity, following our recipes and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Precision and creativity are your hallmarks – you infuse your creations with both technique and flair.
• Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant is required.
• You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication skills ensure effective coordination with the kitchen team.
• You have a flexible schedule – breakfast service operates during early hours.
