Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Specialist to join our team at our Dallas-Farmers Branch location. As a Member Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing logistics, and maintaining a seamless operational experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Members: Build strong relationships with our members, providing them with logistical support, problem-solving, and expert advice to help them succeed.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items accurately, process and ship orders efficiently, and track shipment arrival and departure times.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the building is fully operational, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively interact with team members, location managers, and members to resolve issues, provide updates, and share knowledge.
Requirements
  • Personable and Approachable: Strong ability to collaborate with peers, build rapport with members, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately receive, process, and ship inventory items, and maintain accurate records.
  • Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move objects or goods, and operate necessary machinery.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and location managers.
  • Experience and Skills: Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management, as well as willingness to learn new technology and adapt to changing situations.
