The nurse will work on a 1:1 patient ratio, adhering to Maxim's high standards of nursing practice. This role involves managing long-term patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Conduct focused interviews to determine specific patient needs.
- Monitor and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members, documenting nursing diagnoses as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Must be licensed in the state of practice.
- Current Health Certificate required.
- Must have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS certification is necessary.
- Preferred: One year of prior nursing experience.
