Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Banquet & Conference Assistant to join our team at the Heritage Hotel Golf Spa and Conference Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all banquet and conference rooms are set up and ready for events according to specifications.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all private dining and meeting spaces throughout the hotel.
  • Assist in the preparation of food and beverage service as needed.
  • Install and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment.
  • Support team members from other departments to ensure all hotel operations run efficiently.
