Job Summary:
In this dynamic role, you will assist physicians in catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing rooms and equipment, instructing patients, monitoring patient conditions, and providing routine and emergency patient care during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist physicians with arteriograms/catheterizations, permanent pacemaker implantations, implantable cardiac defibrillators, diagnostic and interventional, peripheral and coronary, interventional and thrombolytic therapy
• Follow national and state radiation protection regulations for patients, self, and staff
• Provide emergency procedures (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), defibrillation, etc.) as needed
• Perform pre and post-procedure care and monitoring
• Orient patients for catheterization or electrophysiology procedures

Requirements:
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of related cardiovascular lab experience
• Certification in ARRT-R Radiography, Cert Cardiac Device Spec, Cert EP Specialist, Medical Radiologic Tech, Reg Cardio Electrophysiology, Reg Cardiovascular Invasive Sp
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer
