About the Role:
Select Medical Corporation is seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes and in our clinic settings
- Collect and record data on client behavior and communicate progress to parents and team members
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform other duties as assigned by the BCBA or management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification required
