Key Responsibilities:
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to maintain a positive and productive work environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Be a Product Expert: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of meat products, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming techniques, as well as product safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Be a Sales Driver: Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, leveraging handheld technology to make informed business decisions and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Be an Operations Specialist: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring quality and date control standards for meat products.
- Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty.
