St. Mary's General Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Passaic, NJ, is seeking a talented New Grad Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our Explorer program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a variety of clinical settings.
Program DetailsThe Explorer program is a 12-week program designed for new graduate RNs with no previous RN work experience. During this time, you will work with a dedicated preceptor on each unit, performing patient assessments, administering medications, and completing tasks specific to the unit.
At the end of the program, you will meet with Human Resources and the Program Coordinator to discuss becoming a permanent staff RN.
QualificationsTo be eligible for this program, you must have:
- Completion of an accredited BSN or ASN program
- Current NJ RN license
- BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
