Job Summary

Borg & Ide Imaging is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures and interventional radiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures and interventional radiology procedures.
  • Perform high-quality radiologic, fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
  • Assist with pre-procedural setup, sterile field, scrub, and circulating assistance during procedures.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams and procedures, recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action.
  • Guide patients through the exam process, kindly explaining steps and answering questions and concerns.
  • Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
  • Participate in projects and/or meetings, as well as complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Valid and current State Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license required.
  • Valid and current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) required.
  • Proof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association, provided prior to start date.
