Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and coordination of event activations.   • Accountable for the quality of all deliverables and performance throughout the engagement

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience managing event production projects or client tours
  • Bachelor's degree (not required) and/or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of event and tour management
  • Excellent customer focus, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Experience creating and managing budgets
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and self-management
  • Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions
  • Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends as required
  • Touring/road experience a plus
  • Knowledge of DOT and over-the-road experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Organizational skills
Essential Physical Functions:
