Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients assigned to physical therapy. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and adhere to all standards of Physical Therapy Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) in the state of employment
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics (new graduates considered)
