Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Physician to join our Hospitalist Medicine Program as a Nocturnist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic and assessment services, therapeutic services, preventative health care services, daily rounding, patient referrals, and other duties within the scope of the position covering the night shift.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and services
- Collaborate with the Hospitalist team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in daily rounds and patient assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Board certification or eligibility in a relevant medical specialty
- Strong clinical skills and experience in hospital medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
