Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist with expertise in component-level troubleshooting, testing, and repair of electronic systems and devices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with testing equipment, a deep understanding of electronic components, and the ability to work with complex circuitry in various electronic products.

This role is essential in ensuring the functionality and reliability of electronics before they are shipped or used in production.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with OT options available.


Responsibilities:
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on electronic assemblies and components down to the component level.
Conduct functional testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other diagnostic tools.
Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to identify issues within circuits and systems.
Assemble and disassemble electronic products and systems as required for testing and repair.
Ensure all products meet quality standards by performing calibration, alignment, and verification of electronic systems.
Document and maintain test results, repair logs, and test data for reference and process improvement.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to design or process.
Maintain and update testing procedures and ensure equipment is properly calibrated.
Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines while working on electronic systems.
Assist in the development of new testing protocols and methodologies for emerging technologies.

$24 - $30 an hour
