Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence, helping them to recover from illness, injury, or disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- One year of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care as a Physical Therapist
- Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
