Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of behavioral therapy services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. This full-time position will be based in the Castle Rock area, working with students in a school setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a certified RBT with experience in behavior analysis and modification. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, promoting positive behaviors and outcomes for students.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality behavioral therapy services to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification required.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in behavior analysis and modification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, ProCare Therapy offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and professional development opportunities.
