  • Utilize forklifts to transport raw materials to designated areas, ensuring timely delivery to the production line.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret and understand technical work instructions.
  • Proficiency in operating heavy machinery or willingness to learn.
  • Experience with electric, pneumatic, or hand tools is advantageous.
  • Capability to receive training and obtain certification for forklift operation.
  • Strong understanding of metric measurements and their application.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, both individually and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Willingness to navigate stairs and ladders safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is preferred.

Additional Information

This role requires working on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to cover for absent colleagues in other roles may be necessary.
