Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading our store staff and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and merchandising skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to store staff to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the sporting goods industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
