We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash and recyclables.
- Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
