About the Role

Premise Health is a leading provider of direct healthcare services, seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Crossville, TN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and provide treatment within the scope of your practice.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications and medical treatments as directed by a physician or licensed independent practitioner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic medical records software.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control procedures and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Participate in follow-up phone calls and patient visits to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Certificate from an accredited nursing school or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice required.
  • Current hands-on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers required; advanced cardiac life support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
  • Certification in occupational health nursing, emergency nursing, or case management preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic, or other ambulatory care clinic.
  • Knowledge of internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic medical records preferred.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred.
