Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school age students in the Black Mountain area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services for students ranging from grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational setting
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in student communication skills
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • ASHA certification a plus
  • Previous school experience preferred but not required
