### Job Summary

We're seeking a Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical laboratory testing and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will play a critical role in our laboratory team, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely test results.

### Job Description

As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for performing and reporting tests of all complexity levels, as defined by CLIA, on patients of all ages. You will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely test results, and participate in Quality Assurance, Quality Control Monitoring, instrumentation maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for specimen processing, phlebotomy, and customer service.

### Education Qualifications

* Graduate of an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technician
* OR
* Meets Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) guidelines for the complexity of laboratory testing for alternative routes

### Licensure/Certification Qualifications

* Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP), Medical Technologist (ASCP), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (NCA) or equivalent is required within one year from the date of hire
* OR; if North Dakota sites and Moorhead, MN - Current license or provisional license through the ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice within 45 days of hire or transfer
