Pipe/Drainage Supervisor

At The Beaver Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipe/Drainage Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of pipe and drainage systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with company safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate the installation of pipe and drainage systems, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and direct on-site crews, providing guidance and support to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring that all crew members are aware of and comply with company safety policies.
- Prepare and manage schedules, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and test all installed pipe and drainage systems to ensure that they meet or exceed quality requirements.
- Collaborate with senior foremen and superintendents to complete short interval schedules and ensure that all projects are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily timesheets and field reports.
- 5-8 years of experience in similar type construction, with a strong background in pipe and drainage installation.
- Prior experience in supervising and directing on-site crews, with a proven track record of ensuring high-quality work and compliance with company safety policies.
- 30 Hour OSHA certification and First aid/CPR certification.
- Competent Person training and a strong understanding of safe construction methods and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct on-site crews to achieve high-quality results.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior foremen, superintendents, and other personnel.
