Trailer Technician Position

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Trailer Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of heavy-duty trailers, ensuring they meet the highest safety and performance standards.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: One year or more of experience in heavy-duty trailer repair is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with service managers, service writers, and customers regarding job progress.
  • Tool Proficiency: Possess your own tools and toolbox.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
  • CDL (Preferred): While a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not mandatory, it is a plus.
  • Dedication to Quality: Demonstrate a commitment to providing efficient and safe service while upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in performing a range of trailer repairs, including brake jobs, air system repairs, axle work, welding, cutting with a torch, container repairs, patches, door repairs/replacements, reefer repair, roof/wall/floor repair, and more.
