Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Telemetry Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care in accordance with the Registered Nurse Practice Act.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing effective communication techniques in daily interactions.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Identifying nursing challenges based on individual patient needs.
- Planning and implementing personalized patient care through a collaborative approach.
- Engaging in performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating care that aligns with the hospital's mission and vision.


In a charge nurse capacity, you will oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care is delivered in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care requirements.
- Executing physician orders.
- Administering medications, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
- Acting as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Educating patients and their families on care processes.
- Providing culturally and age-appropriate care.Qualifications:
- Active nursing license in your state or Compact State.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
