Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioanalytical Method Developer to join our team at QPS, LLC. As a Senior Scientific Researcher, you will be responsible for conceiving and developing new quantitative bioanalytical methods, improving assay quality, and troubleshooting analytical issues.

With an advanced degree in Biochemistry, Immunology, Pharmacology, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field, you will possess a deep understanding of drug molecule and endogenous biomarker bioanalysis. Your experience in a regulated industry laboratory will enable you to execute and administer bioanalytical assays on various platforms, robots, and detectors.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively to develop cell-based assays for neutralizing antibody activity studies and biomarker evaluation in support of drug development programs. You will also have the opportunity to author scientific papers and present at scientific meetings.

This is a 100% QPS-office/facility based role, offering great learning opportunities, structured career ladders, and bonuses tied to individual, team, and company performance. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
