POSITION SUMMARY: The role involves comprehensive management and administrative supervision for individuals participating in the self-direction initiative. The manager will aid individuals in overseeing their staff and will provide essential training regarding employer duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are essential functions of the position, with the possibility of additional duties being assigned:
- Assist individuals with all administrative tasks associated with self-directed services, including payroll and human resources operations, as well as training and staff management.
- Oversee the implementation of plans and budgets; monitor resources to ensure effective execution.
- Ensure the accuracy of documentation and service billing, verifying completion and submission in accordance with established requirements.
- Uphold the confidentiality of all individuals served and contribute to enhancing agency operations.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and the Agency's Corporate Compliance Policy, reporting any suspected or actual violations to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES: This position includes supervision of Fiscal Intermediary Coordinators.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: An Associate's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in documentation quality assurance, compliance review, record management, and administrative support is highly desirable.
