Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced nurse leader to oversee the daily operations of our acute inpatient unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical activities, supervising staff, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the department. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting and possess advanced cardiac life support certification. A bachelor's degree in nursing is also required. What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $124,000 - $144,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development. Our hospital is a 415+ bed acute care facility that has been serving the north Houston communities for over 40 years, providing a wide range of medical services, including cardiology, maternity care, Level III NICU, pediatrics, bariatrics, and neurology. We are part of HCA Houston Healthcare, one of the most comprehensive family of hospitals in the region.
