Shift and Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with on-call responsibilities.
Position Overview:
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will carry out essential functions and responsibilities associated with speech therapy. This includes:
- Conducting patient evaluations and assessments.
- Formulating individualized goals and treatment plans.
- Implementing speech therapy interventions.
- Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will promote a collaborative environment and address practical challenges with effective solutions. You will also adhere to departmental protocols and guidelines while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology; a Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program is required.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Texas.
Certifications:
Applicants should hold the following certifications:
- NPI Number
- State License - Speech Therapist - Texas
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
