Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $79,000 to $118,750, inclusive of base pay and annual bonuses, which are tiered based on experience and competency. Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Hopbridge, you will be responsible for conducting thorough behavioral assessments, designing evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual needs, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions across settings and work in a fully equipped center with dedicated therapy rooms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A master's degree or higher in a relevant field and current BCBA certification from the BACB are required for this position. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Bridge Program, a year-long mentorship and training program that expands your clinical repertoire while earning up to 14 CEUs.
