  • Quality Assurance: Report any deviations from standards immediately to supervisors to maintain production integrity.
  • Synchronization: Align machine speeds across various sections during multi-step production processes to adhere to quality specifications.
  • Material Handling: Safely transport materials and finished products between storage and production areas using appropriate tools.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning of machinery components and ensure proper maintenance to uphold operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Accurately record production data, including meter readings and quantities, to maintain comprehensive production records.
  • Component Installation: Select and install machine parts such as dies and molds according to technical specifications.
  • Disassembly and Repair: Dismantle equipment for repairs or parts replacement as necessary.
