As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting. No experience in dialysis is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
