Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of a first-class fiber optic utility construction firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment for construction, including drilling equipment, backhoes, excavators, skid-steer loaders, and tractor trailers.
  • Ensure safe and effective operation of drilling equipment on the job site, including setup, maintenance, and restoration of disturbed areas.
  • Develop and maintain a boring schedule, and be responsible for site setup and clean-up.
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment on the truck, and participate in new site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) prior to starting construction.
  • Set up safety perimeters using signage, cones, and safety barriers, and flag traffic as needed.
  • May be required to work overtime, after hours, on weekends, or be on-call to ensure work completion.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Directional Drill Operator (required).
  • Falcon F5 experience is preferred.
  • CDL A license is required.
