About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team at Ecumen Evergreens of Fargo. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and delegated health-related services to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director, including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, ambulation, and transferring.
  • Administer medications as delegated by the RN and assist with medication management.
  • Observe, document, and report changes in the physical, cognitive, and emotional condition of residents.
  • Promote independence and self-help skills among residents.
  • Partner effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment and support all employees within the community.
  • Orient and coach assigned employees.
  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and lead resident activities as assigned.
  • Respond to safety hazards, call lights, and requests for reassignment of duties.
