Landscaping and Groundskeeper

Community Wellness Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Landscaping and Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team.

The Landscaping and Groundskeeper will be responsible for ensuring the exterior of our facility is well-manicured and visually appealing. This includes mowing, trimming, pruning, and other tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, be physically fit, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Maintains lawns, grounds, shrubs, trees, and flower beds.
• Cuts and trims grass, hedges, and shrubs.
• Ensures facilities and surrounding areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.

• Experience in landscaping and grounds keeping.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
• Valid New York State Driver's license (if applicable).

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
