Position Overview:

Our esteemed law firm is in search of a Permanent Senior Legal Partner with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Tax Law, Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, and Labor & Employment Law. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team, providing strategic legal counsel to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Senior Legal Partner, your primary duties will include:
  • Delivering expert legal counsel on a broad spectrum of issues.
  • Representing clients in judicial proceedings or before governmental bodies, articulating compelling legal arguments and evidence.
  • Formulating and executing innovative tax strategies that support our clients' business objectives.
  • Reviewing and drafting intricate documents, agreements, and contracts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Senior Legal Partner position will possess the following qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a subject matter expert in your area of law, with a proven track record of success.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
