Position Overview:


Are you prepared to embrace a new challenge? KSM is on the lookout for a Tax Consultant to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) division.

In this vital role, you will be instrumental in meeting client expectations, supporting transaction teams, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the TAS practice.


Primary Duties:

  • Collaborate with transaction teams on tax assessments
  • Effectively communicate with financial and tax executives
  • Track transaction milestones and evaluate tax information
  • Identify tax risks and opportunities for clients
  • Keep abreast of pertinent tax developments and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is essential, CPA eligibility is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and Excel proficiency
  • Understanding of M&A procedures
  • Capability to thrive in a deadline-oriented setting
