We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Wrapped N Love Home Care LLC.

Job Description

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients in their homes, following a one-on-one care plan. You will work directly with patients, building genuine relationships and creating a healthy environment that meets their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
  • Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
  • Give medications and immunizations, if authorized.
Qualifications:
  • Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year prior professional experience.
  • Drivers license required.
  • CPR certification required.
