The Bollinger Shipyards team is seeking a skilled Mechanic/Motor Rewinder to join our crew. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, generators, and other industrial machinery.
- **Tool Operation**: Utilize mechanic and precision tools to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- **Technical Documentation**: Interpret and create technical drawings and schematics to support equipment maintenance and repair.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- **Armature Experience**: While not required, experience with armature repair and maintenance is a valuable asset to our team.
**Requirements:**
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Must have experience breaking down mechanical equipment or have completed a mechanic course or degreed program.
