Coating Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coating and Finishing Technician to join our team at LifePort, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for learning and performing various coating and finishing tasks to ensure high-quality products.

• Learn and master coating and finishing techniques to achieve precise color and finish requirements.
• Prepare and spray primer and topcoats on work pieces to meet specifications.
• Operate computer-based data collection systems to track production progress.
• Mix and apply multiple component paints and topcoats as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and production.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and basic understanding of ERP manufacturing software.
